1. Products & Natural Materials

Arizona Ironwood LLC specializes in natural and specialty materials, including woods, burls, horn, bone, synthetics, and other knife-making materials.

Natural materials will vary in color, grain, figure, texture, density, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.

For individually photographed products, we make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the actual item being sold. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or display.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Custom, cut, modified, or processed orders may not be canceled once work has begun.

Wholesale and commercial purchases are welcome.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Arizona Ironwood LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and compliance with their country's import requirements.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, products that have been cut, shaped, sanded, installed, modified, used, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned.

Photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and other original content on this website are the property of Arizona Ironwood LLC or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
