Arizona Ironwood Guarantee & Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your product, for any reason, with the exception of custom orders, simply return it for a cash refund or credit towards another purchase within 10 days from the time you receive your package. Shipping is not refundable if product is as shown on our website. If the product is not as shown or described on our website we will also refund shipping. It is important to contact us prior to returning your items. All sales are final after 10 days of when you receive them. Retail returns after 10 days of your receipt are subject to a 20% restocking and credit fee for Store Credit only. Wholesale and custom size orders cannot be cancelled once wood is milled. Returns are not optional after our product has been used or shaped.
